Today the city of Bee Cave filed updated pleadings in its lawsuit against a collection of real estate developers who are involved in erecting industrial warehouses near the Sweetwater development on State Highway 71 and Serene Hills Drive.
As the updated petition explains, the developers moved forward with construction without first submitting their plans for the city’s review and approval as their agreement with the city required.
The city is seeking to enforce the agreement the developers have violated.
